How Our Products Are Made
We're a starting company for 3D printing and designing based in Modesto, CA. We utilize a process known as Fused Filament Fabrication(FFF) using certain thermoplastics being melted and laid down layer by layer to create physical copies of a 3D model. We are actively utilizing one Bambu Labsâ„¢ X1 Carbon 3D Printer.
Our range of plastic varies but can be increased upon request depending on capability. Currently we have a variety of colors in Polylactic Acid(PLA), Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol(PETG), Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate(ASA), and Polycarbonate(PC). We also currently have a couple Carbon Fiber(CF) filled variants of each of these materials.
Each material can serve its own purpose so knowing which material would fit you best is key to having a valuable product. You could contact us with your request and needs and we can try to work a way around for you to get what you need the way you need it.
All listed products are custom designs made by ourselves, we are actively learning and planning to grow in varying categories with no specific niche. We are also open to discussing a quote for printing your sent-in models, provided we can gain copyright allowance.
